Online Course Requirements Please read the following requirements carefully before booking and attending an online course. Due to the restrictions of the examination platform used for online assessments, reasonable adjustments may not be available for online courses. Equipment Requirements All online training and examinations must be completed using a: Laptop Desktop PC Mac computer A working webcam is mandatory for all online examinations. Mobile phones, tablets and similar devices are not permitted for online assessments. It is the learner's responsibility to ensure that their equipment meets the required specifications before the course starts. KX Safety cannot be held responsible for failed assessments, interruptions or inability to complete training due to unsuitable equipment or software. Minimum Browser Requirements Your device must have one of the following browsers installed: Windows Google Chrome version 80 or later Mozilla Firefox version 80 or later Microsoft Edge version 80 or later Mac Google Chrome version 80 or later Safari version 14 or later Safe Exam Browser (SEB) Version 3.0.1 or later Examination Conditions To complete an online examination, learners must: - Have a reliable and stable internet connection throughout the training and examination. - Have a valid photo ID available (passport, driving licence or other accepted identification). - Be alone in the room during the examination. - Remain in a quiet environment free from interruptions, distractions and background noise. - Ensure that no other person is present or assisting during the examination. - Follow all instructions provided by the trainer, invigilator or examination platform. Important Information: If a learner is unable to meet any of the above requirements, they may not be permitted to take the examination and could be required to rebook the course at their own expense.
